Our Approach

My First Bite provides fun and educational activities using a curriculum based on the Sapere method. We have localized the lessons to fit the diverse children that we work with in Singapore to make the lessons more relevant and easy to follow both in the program and at home.

My First Bite offers programs that are developed for children ages 3-6 years old. Depending on the program type, we offer:

• Lessons that have been developed and tested for use in learning environments
• Activities involving nutritious recipes for children
• Science experiments with foods
• Storytelling and mystery-solving
• Field trips to the market, food gardens, restaurant
• Visits by guest speakers & role models
• Collaborative activities with parents
